the purpose of the Charitable Trust?
To support those affected
by recurring/secondary breast cancer.
What are
our objectives?
To provide grant assistance
to patients requiring personal items.
To provide added value to
existing services by providing additional items where
needed to aid
the comfort and well being of those accessing clinics/centres.
To assist
with additional financial costs incurred by patients to help relieve
the
stress and hardship incurred directly as a result of treatment.
Who
is eligible for help?
Patients
who have previously undergone treatments
(surgery/chemotherapy/radiotherapy)
and the cancer has later advanced
either in the same locality or to other parts of the body.
Patients
who attend the Nottingham Breast Institute;
Nottingham City Hospital;
Kings Mill Hospital or the John Eastwood Hospice.
