Board of Trustees
The board
is made up of seven members who all bring with them a range of skills,
knowledge and attributes considered integral to the success of achieving the
objectives of the trust

No Trustee of the board
- receives any benefit in money or in kind from the Trust; or
- have a financial interest in the supply of goods or services to the Trust; or
- acquire or hold any interest in property of the Trust (except in order to hold it as trustee of the Trust)".
The board generally meet bi-monthly with the AGM planned for each July.
Though we are not currently a registered charity with the Charity Commission we do follow there guidelines and practices. Our expected turnover is to low to meet the required minimum, though this will be monitored regularly and actions taken as required should this threshold be achieved.
